James Cochran is one of London’s top chefs and won BBC2’s Great British Menu back in 2018. We first had the pleasure of meeting James during a guest chef evening where we lucky enough to try his incredible scotch bonnet chilli jam.

A few years later James got back in touch with us to announce that he was going to start selling the same chilli jam to the public via his collaboration with Sauce Shop.

After receiving a brief from James and his team we couldn’t wait to get started on what was definitely going to be a very exciting project.
