SW7 Academy is an online physical training platform created by ex Wales and British & Irish Lions Captain Sam Warburton along with his good friend and long-term training partner, Josh Davies.
As a Digital business with all their services being delivered via their bespoke app, social media and website Sam and Josh have always understood the importance of quality content.
We’ve had the pleasure of working with them on several projects ranging from their collaboration with high performance equipment specialists, Absolute Performance, all the way through webinar content and exercise photography.
