About 8 is a Michelin guide, progressive and pioneering dining experience in the heart of Birmingham headed by chef Andrew Sheridan. It has been recently recognised as Times Top 10 worldwide dining Experience and is unlike any other dining experience in the UK.
We’ve been fortunate to work with head chef Andrew for many years and have followed him around several of his restaurants across the UK. He shares our vision for what the digital for 8 should be like and is more than happy to commit to bold, radical and controversial concepts when it comes to their content.
In early 2021 Andrew was keen to commission a new film that would be played exclusively inside the restaurant to diners before the dining began. This film would set the standard for the entire evening and so it was important that it matched the incredible dining experience that was to follow as well encapsulating Andrew’s bold vision for what 8 is.
